WHAT TO EXPECT
Athletes will walk away from this camp experience with the tools to continue training for a collegiate Acrobatics & Tumbling opportunity along with a better understanding of the overall collegiate student-athlete experience.  During this 1-day camp, campers will train with Baylor Acrobatics & Tumbling coaches & current student-athletes in learning the proper progression of techniques to master basic collegiate Acro & Tumbling skills within the sport.  Campers will also take part in off-the-mat sessions that will aid in better preparing athletes for college athletics (i.e. nutrition, strength training, coaching expectations, "day in the life" aspects).  Campers will have a fun-packed day of training, educational sessions, and will have the chance to end the day with a tour of Baylor's beautiful athletic facilities!

All collegiate acrobatics and tumbling teams compete and practice on a non-spring loaded floor, this will be the surface utilized for camps and clinics as well.
