WHAT TO EXPECT
Camps are open to all female athletes between 8 and 18 years of age interested in learning more about Acrobatics & Tumbling. All collegiate acrobatics and tumbling teams compete and practice on a non-spring loaded floor, this will be the surface utilized for camps and clinics as well. Instruction will be tailored to each athlete. BU student athletes and coaches will provide hands-on coaching, and student-athletes will intermix with camp participants during the training sessions. Our goal is to improve technique and teach safe and proper progressions that will focus on tumbling, acro (stunting), and pyramid skills, while teaching the basics of Acrobatics and Tumbling skills competed at the collegiate level. The highest quality instruction will be taught based on age and skill level of each athlete.
